This is the future site of the progressive and innovative new approach of Mindfulness-based Sex Therapy (MBST). Based on the effective treatments of Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), MBST is a new approach to sexual satisfaction and healing based on a combination of eastern wisdom and western scientific concepts and practices. The MBST approach is being designed specifically to provide awareness training that aims to enrich our sexual lives, a factor integral to well-being and fulfillment.
It is our goal to not only develop this program, but also to invite scholars in the area of Psychology and Sex Therapy to contact us in respect to conducting research on MBST.
While this website is still under construction, it provides additional information about MBST. MBST is an approach that teaches us to fully pay attention to the sensual or sexual moment, without our regular filters or judgments. These practices allow us enhance our sensations and overcome sexual challenges.
