Coming Soon: CD and Audio Downloads
The set of three CDs or Downloads currently in production will cover audio led guided awareness practices for MBST:
CD1 - Body Scan - The instructions guide us on a journey through the body in order to notice and acknowledge various sensations in the body as they come and go. We do this without having to change them or achieve any special state.
- Masturbation CD (for women and men) - Similar to the body scan, yet applying mini-scans, being more specific and explicit.
CD2 - Lying and Standing Yoga - Simple stretches starting from a lying posture allow participants to explore sensations of the body in movement and stillness, and to explore the how the body has limits that can be respected without judgment and self-criticism.
CD3
- Sitting Meditation - Instructions invite us to focus on the breath, the body, sounds, thinking and emotions. We learn to see our thoughts and emotions from a new perspective, relating to them just as we relate to sounds, and discovering that thoughts often come and go like clouds in the sky.
