MBST is an approach to sex based on the coalescence of ancient eastern wisdom integrated with western scientific concepts and practices. Elisha Goldstein, PhD, and Bonnie Zylbergold, MA, adapted these principles to create new practices that can be used especially for people who want work on sexual challenges or for people who just want realize their sexual potential in life.
Does it Work?
Although empirical and qualitative studies are only in their infancy regarding the benefits of linking mindfulness with sex, results from other mindfulness research show that those who practice the components integral to this approach realize significant stress-reduction, increased positive relations with others, and environmental mastery. These are all components essental for sexual well-being and so this laid the basis for understading that mindfulness holds tremendous benefits for enhancing the sexual experience.

It will help you understand the key ingredients to sexual fulfillment.
It will help you to understand the filters that guide the way you think about and experience sex.
It will also help you to understand what makes you vulnerable to sexual challenges, and why you get stuck struggling with these.
It will help you see the connection between downward spirals, and:
High standards that oppress us
Feelings that we are simply “not good enough”
Ways we put pressure on ourselves or make ourselves miserable
Ways we lose touch with the wonder of sex.
